Roses in the Ocean

Co-Designing alternatives to emergency departments

Mental Health

The problem

Emergency departments are often often ill-equipped, both logistically and culturally, to effective manage people experiencing suicidality—resulting in a poor experience for patients.

Project updates

The NSW Ministry of Health is now reviewing the recommendations with a view to implementing them in the coming months and years
