BDO New Zealand represents a dozen offices across the country, all under the same banner. At a pivotal point in the company history, Mettlesome was engaged to co-design new values, with hundreds of staff participating. The end result - a new set of values based on Maori cultural principles, designed with community, and endorsed by Te Taura Whiri i te Reo Māori (Māori Language Commission).
